We developed and implemented a two-part online training course for DIHK Service that was tailored to chambers of commerce abroad. It was important to us that the participants experience how it feels to work agile through practical exercises. We therefore used various training approaches:

1. Working in small groups: In smaller teams, the participants worked intensively with selected methods (e.g. Kanban), planned their first projects and exchanged ideas on how they use agile project management in their day-to-day business.
2. Working in the large group: In the digital plenary session, we gave keynote speeches on agile project management and individual methods. We also ensured an exchange between the small groups and provided tools for getting started.
3. Interactive exercises: We always use exercises and specific warm-ups so that participants can directly experience the mindset behind agile project management.
